Job Description:

As a Network Engineer Instructor at PinnaCloud Services, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide top-notch training and development opportunities to aspiring network engineers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, designing engaging course materials, and providing hands-on training to our students. This role requires a deep understanding of networking principles, along with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to learners of varying skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver training sessions on networking fundamentals, protocols, and technologies.
2. Create engaging course materials, including presentations, labs, and exercises, to enhance the learning experience.
3. Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce theoretical concepts.
4. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in networking technology to ensure course content remains relevant and up-to-date.
6. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve training programs and materials.
7. Assist students in troubleshooting network-related issues and challenges during training sessions.
8. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.
9. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and subject matter expertise.
10. Contribute to the overall success and growth of PinnaCloud Services by actively promoting our training programs and attracting new students.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience working as a network engineer or in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
5. Experience developing training materials and delivering technical training sessions is preferred.
6. Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
7. Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their learning journey.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
